Please do not send your merchandise back to us without first contacting our office or going through our return portal.
Holiday Return Policy 🎁 :
Any purchase made from November 15th will have until January 15th to return. Store credit only.
How To Return:
- To process a return online, you will go through our return portal to get a prepaid return label. Once the return is approved, the label will be sent to your email. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. (Unless you are returning due to item being damaged or wrong item being sent in which case we will not deduct the cost of shipping from your store credit)
- Your return package must be postmarked within 3 days from when the label is issued or your return will be cancelled.

- The store credit will be sent to your email in form of a gift card. Please allow up to 5 business days for return to be processed. *Please allow additional time during sales and holidays.
- You can return items online for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds
- Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery of package.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with any tags or packaging.
- All SALE merchandise with a discount of 30% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards not eligible for returns.
- We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you.
- If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us with a photo showing damage/defects. All claims must be made within 3 days (M-F) of delivery date. We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that are worn or washed.
- All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
- Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or items changed.
- Exchanges: Due to our quick turnaround on inventory, we cannot offer exchanges on items. All exchanges will be processed as store credit to allow you the option to repurchase the same item in different sizing or to claim a new item.
