Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-6 business days. Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes our company to prepare and ship your order. Shipping times vary depending on your shipping preference at checkout.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once the package has left our facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Shipping times may vary during different times of the year and are at the discretion of the shipping company (example usps, ups, fed ex)
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local pickup is available for local orders. Once your items are processed you will be notified when your items are ready for pickup. We do not currently offer local delivery.
International Shipping
We do currently offer international shipping. All international shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times may vary.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. L&M Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@landmboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update once shipping confirmation is emailed.
Orders placed during sales or promotions may be slightly delayed due to volume of orders.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they're out of our hands. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. If you have questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE - Route shipping protection is available to add to all orders. Route covers damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Option available at checkout.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail.
